What Our Families Say
” Very thorough with their approach and made the whole process seem like they were just having a conversation. Very person centered while carefully gathering their information. I would highly recommend them as they were so considerate in all aspects of the assessment.”
“I have never met a clinician who was so knowledgeable. She was able to understand my concerns and explain certain behaviours while referring to examples. She was able to explain, advise, clarify. Answers that I got were very related to my son and help received was exceptional.”

FAQs — We’re Here To Help
We understand the significant pressure that health services are facing. At Constellation Healthcare, we are committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality service to your patients — with clinical excellence, transparency, and care at the heart of everything we do.
Quality and safety are central to our clinical delivery. All assessments are conducted in line with:
• Disability Act 2005 (Part 2)
• HIQA Assessment of Need Standards
• PSI Best Practice & Guidelines
• CORU’s multi-professional standards
Our Clinical Team is recruited to the same strict standards as HSE clinical teams, with many having years of experience in public sector roles. Each clinician operates within a clearly defined governance structure and is supported by our:
• Quality and Standards Officers (QTOs) — who review all reports for formatting, clarity, and accuracy
• Compliance Team — who conduct quarterly reviews of relevant legislation and standards
• Principal Psychologist — who completes weekly spot checks to ensure clinical recommendations are appropriate and consistent
All team members undergo annual quality assurance training, and all client data is securely managed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. Following each assessment, we issue a CSTAT satisfaction survey to families to support continuous improvement.
All our assessments are diagnostic compliant and align with best practice guidelines.
We adapt our approach depending on the age and needs of the child, drawing from a range of recognised tools and models.
